Request Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your GlamLink account, which data is deleted, and what is retained afterwards.

How to delete your account

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the GlamLink app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile page.
3. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the settings list.
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out right away.

By email

If you can't access the app, send a request from the email address or phone number registered to your account to:

mahajnenajeeb@gmail.com

with "Account deletion request" as the subject. We process requests within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed immediately and permanently:

• Full name
• Phone number — released so it can be registered again
• Email address
• Profile photo
• Password and any password-reset tokens
• Sign-in identity (Google / OTP) — permanently revoked and can never resolve back to the account
• Push notification tokens for your devices — all notifications stop

Data that is retained

The following records are kept in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name, phone or email — because salons and other parties rely on them as business records:

These records cannot be linked back to you after deletion, and the account cannot be recovered or accessed again. To use GlamLink in the future you would create a new account.
